Privacy

What is collected

By default: nothing. There is no server, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies set by me, and no ads. The following data exists only in your browser's local storage, on your device:

• Your local profile — name, email, optional photo and bio.
• Your program settings for each module (Overload, Lever, Amalgam).
• Your training history — logged sets, sessions, run entries.
• Your nutrition data in the Kitchen — daily calorie/macro targets from the calculator, and the meals you log (recipe names, food quick-adds, and their estimated calories, protein, carbs, fat, and sodium).

Optional, opt-in only: if you tick "Email me when the program updates" at sign-up, your name, email, and sign-up date are sent once to a form endpoint so I can notify you of updates. If the box is unchecked — the default — nothing is sent, ever.

Why

The local data exists so the app can generate your sessions, track your progression, show whether you hit your daily nutrition targets, and greet you by name. The optional email exists only to tell you about program updates. Neither is used for anything else.

Where it is stored

On your device, in your browser's local storage. It does not sync between devices. Clearing your browser data deletes it — which is why the app asks you to save backup files. Backup files are ordinary JSON downloaded to your device; they never pass through a server.

Third parties

• The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) to serve the site — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Donation links (e.g. PayPal) open external sites governed by their own policies. Nothing about your training data is shared with them.

How to delete your data

• Training data: use the "Reset progress" button inside each module, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
• Local profile: log out from the menu, or clear site data.
• Opt-in email: if you opted in and want your email removed from the update list, write to the address below and it will be deleted.

Your rights

This project aims to comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and to respect equivalent rights elsewhere: access, correction, and erasure. Since your data lives on your device, you already hold direct control over all of it; for the opt-in email list, contact me and I will act on your request.
